Baked Falafel Nibbles, Carrot-Coriander Sauce

I have posted this recipe before, here.

However, as delicious as these little baked falafel bites are as part of a salad, they are even better as a canapés, with drinks. Just follow the recipe linked above and add hot sauce, lemon juice and fresh coriander to the salad dressing recipe described in the link.

My neighbor ate three and I ate...more than that.
